- As a holding-level leader I managed and built the areas entrusted to me in
30+ countries (Western Europe, Balkans, Asian countries) - I worked on the markets – managing sales, product development, market entry and preparing Board decisions in the background, or myself as a Board member
- Hundreds of business and supporting processes (production, maintenance,
logistics, wholesale, retail, upstream drilling, HR, IT, FIN, HSE) were analysed, understood and questioned by my teams, to build more effective and profitable processes with less risks - I collaborated with blue and white employees, I can understand the specifics
- In Human areas, I led Org. development, Decision-making mechanism design, Ethics in a Group with around 200 subsidiaries and 30,000 employees; as Board member I also was responsible for Internal communication and HR, Procurement and Asset management in an SME company with yearly EBIT 4 billion HUF
